Remonta is built for clubs with several squads: each with its coaches, schedule and athletes, and the whole club on one calendar. Nothing to install and no charge per coach. It works the same for fixed-seat clubs: traineras (the 13-oar fixed-seat boats of the northern Spanish coast), bateles and llaüts share the boathouse with the sliding-seat boats.

Organisation

Multiple squads

U14, U16, U18, seniors, masters, fixed seat and sliding seat. Each with its own week, coaches and athletes.

Coaching staff

Coaches assigned per squad and club administrators. Someone who coaches two squads sees both; someone who also rows has the athlete app too.

Invitations and requests

The club invites by email or the athlete asks to join from the app. A coach approves and that's it. No accounts created by hand.

Each club only sees its own

Data is isolated per club. A coach sees their squads; an athlete sees their own data and their squad's.

Every squad in one month, all the equipment in one boathouse.

Neither in the app nor on this website. No third-party cookies, no data selling and no profiling. Under-14s need authorisation from the club.

FAQ

Questions from the board.

How do athletes sign up?
Two ways: the club invites them by email, or the athlete asks to join from the app and a coach approves the request. Either way, the athlete confirms their email before getting in.
What roles are there?
Club administrator, coach and athlete. The administrator manages squads, coaching staff and club settings; the coach sees and plans their squads; the athlete sees their own data and their squad's.
Does it work for a trainera or llaüt club?
Yes. A club with traineras, bateles or llaüts and sliding-seat squads runs everything in one place, with a separate fixed-seat group in the boathouse. A trainera crew has 13 rowers (seven on starboard and six on port) and a helmsman. In a batel or llaüt the rowers sit by bench, one on each side.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in the European Union (database in Ireland). The club is the data controller and Remonta the processor, under a GDPR-compliant agreement. See the privacy policy.
Can we use our own logo and colours?
Yes. The club's logo and colour appear in the coach portal and in the athlete app.
