Feature

Attendance tracking and fatigue monitoring for rowing.

Who's coming, who's missing, who has logged the session and how everyone is feeling. Daily attendance, completion and how the athlete feels (energy and effort, kept separate), so the coach sees who needs attention before they hit a wall.

Attendance: the week's sessions with who has confirmed they're coming and who hasn't

Attendance

Take the register without paper and without chasing anyone.

Confirmation from the phone

Coming or not, with one tap, for every training day. The coach sees the day's list and the summary per athlete, with no manual counting.

Regatta absence letters

For every athlete selected for a regatta, the club generates a PDF letter for school or work, with the club's logo and signature.

Automatic reminder

Anyone who hasn't answered gets a notification three days, one day and one hour before the deadline closes. The coach knows how many are coming before getting the boats out.

Session completion

Beyond showing up: who has logged their pieces and who hasn't. In the same view where the session was scheduled.

Fatigue

Energy and effort, never averaged.

Logging the pieces of a session in the athlete app
How the session felt: the energy you arrived with and the effort it took
  • Two questions at the end. How much energy did you arrive with? How hard was it? Two taps: energy from 1 to 5 and effort from 1 to 10.
  • Two different signals. A hard session done fresh and one done on empty aren't the same, and they're shown separately.
  • Who's on the edge. On the coach's dashboard, an athlete who has been arriving on empty for a week shows up before they get injured.
  • With performance alongside. How they felt is stored next to the pieces: a slower split with low energy tells a different story.

FAQ

About attendance and fatigue.

How is attendance taken?
Athletes confirm from the app whether they're coming on each training day, with automatic reminders before the deadline closes. In the portal, the coach sees who has confirmed, who has said no and who hasn't answered, and when taking the register corrects anyone who turned up unannounced.
Why keep energy and effort separate?
Because a hard session done fresh and the same session done on empty don't mean the same thing to a coach. Averaging them into one number would lose exactly the information that matters.
Does the athlete have to fill in a lot?
No. Two taps after logging the pieces: how you arrived and how hard it was. That's what gives the coach the fatigue signal.
Does it work for a trainera or fixed-seat club?
Yes. A trainera needs thirteen rowers and a helmsman to go out, and the day's list shows in time who's coming, who isn't and who hasn't answered. Each squad can bring the deadline forward by weekday, for example Saturday's session until Wednesday at 14:00, to leave time to fill the crew.
