Consent for health data

Last updated: 23 September 2026 · Privacy policy · Legal notice

This is a translation for your convenience. If there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

When you sign up for the application, we ask for your explicit consent to process data that may be considered health data. This page explains what it is and what is done with it. Everything else about your data is in the privacy policy.

1. What data it is

  • Your weight and height, with the date you record them.

Providing them is optional. You can sign up without them and add them later. If you race with a squad, it's recommended: without your weight your watts per kilo can't be calculated.

2. What it's used for

  • Calculating your watts per kilo for each session, with the weight you had that day.
  • Letting your coach plan and follow your training, and compare your results on equal terms.

It isn't used for anything else: no advertising, no profiling, no automated decisions.

3. Legal basis

Your explicit consent (art. 9.2.a GDPR), which you give by ticking the box when you sign up.

4. Who sees it

You and your club's coaching staff: your squad's coaches and the club's administration. It's stored on the same servers as the rest of the application, within the European Union (see section 5 of the privacy policy).

5. How long

For as long as you have the account. When you delete it (how), all your measurements are deleted too.

6. How to withdraw it

You can withdraw your consent whenever you want, without affecting anything processed before. Write to your club or to contact@remonta.me and your weight and height will be deleted. From then on, your sessions will be shown without watts per kilo.
